Thanks to our network of artists we promise to ship your order 2-3 weeks after processing your order. Remember that when you place your order it enters a processing time where:


1) We make the purchase of your pair and wait for it to arrive at our workshop

2) We do the measurement and sketching for the design

3) We Personalize it: paint, airbrush, accessories or swarovskis whatever is needed to complete your design!*In case of a special customization (a design from scratch) we add an extra step, the elaboration of your digital design.

This is a handmade process and the time depends on the complexity of the design.

We apply water and stain repellant spray before we deliver to all our sneakers. You can easily wash them using a damp cloth to clean dirt and stains. We recommend using SPF water and scratch repellant spray for longer life!

- For Led/Electronic customs remove the battery holder along with any electrical component and then clean the sneakers.

If you didn't like any of the designs in the catalog, you have several ideas in mind and you still haven't landed them, a Special Custom is for you!

In these cases you can share with us all your instructions, inspirations, reference images, etc. And we will be inspired by that and create a design for you.

No, we use specialized, high-durability paints and a protective sealant to ensure that your design remains vibrant and resistant to peeling or cracking. Proper care will extend the life of your sneakers.
