Shipping policy

At Knickgasm, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive their custom hand-painted sneakers in a timely and efficient manner.

All orders are made to order and will typically ship within 3-5 weeks minimum from the date of purchase but sometimes due to unforeseen conditions it may take more time which will be communicated to the customer through mail id provided . Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and availability of base sneaker model of ordered size therefore since few models need to be sourced as per specific size there might be some delays due to unavailability of that specific model in that case either customer can opt for some other model or wait for the size to be available back in stock Domestic orders within the India typically take 3-5 weeks minimum to get shipped, while international orders may take up to 4-6 weeks.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that any additional fees, such as customs or import taxes if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
