Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict no return/refund and exchange policy. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or returned. We are happy to make adjustments or corrections to an order within 24 hours of purchase, so please contact us immediately at info@knickgasm.com. Since few models need to be sourced as per specific size there might be some delays due to unavailability of that specific model in that case either customer can opt for some other model or wait for the size to be available back in stock.
